Three years ago, Nicole and Tom were celebrating the beginning of their marriage. Now, here they are with sweet Henry—a family of three! It was so exciting to photograph this chapter of their story and celebrate how much life can change in just a few short years.

Making these memories at their family’s property made the session even more special. There is something so meaningful about having photographs taken in a place that already holds a piece of your heart. As a Maine family photographer, I love how many beautiful possibilities we have for family portraits. From our sandy beaches and rocky coastline to open fields and familiar backyard spaces, Maine offers settings full of character. Sometimes, the perfect location is right at home—a place where everyone can settle in, feel comfortable, and simply enjoy being together.
